Hotel full of bugs

We just checked into our hotel, and guess what? BUGS everywhere!!! My husband has to get up to go to work in 2 hours, to work a 16 hour shift and he is arguing with the hotel staff. We don't have enough to book another hotel so we have been asking to get a refund or they book us a new hotel and they just keep saying they can't because it's their policy. No refunds.

I have a 1 year old and I'm pregnant. I will NOT sleep in a room full of bugs, and bed bugs. They have offered to put us in a new room, nope. This entire hotel is disgusting. Ugh, if they refuse to refund us we have to sleep here and it's gross. I just needed to rant 😡😡😡
