Around my 25th week. People didn't start notice till after 30 weeks. But even at the end I was always on the smaller side

People started asking if I was pregnant around 18 weeks, in 21 now and it's really noticeable but it's still squishy so I hide it with baggy tops 🙂

I feel like around 16 weeks I started showing a little bit, then by 20 weeks it was pretty obvious. Everyone is different. Keep eating healthy and how your doctor recommends and don't worry about "packing on weight"!!! By my 22 week appointment I had only gained one pound, despite having a big bump. The doctors didn't say anything, and I'm guessing it's because I was already pretty overweight, so it showed that I have been eating pretty healthy, which is the most important thing 🙂 if you want some healthy foods with higher fat content: avocado, coconut, nuts, seeds, fish (like salmon)

With my first I immediately began packing on weight bc my husband deployed and I was alone eating my feelings (i gained 80lbs!) with my second I was still overweight so the changes weren't really obvious. With my last I was back to a healthy weight and people didn't even know I was prego tolk like 7mths so everyone is different and even every pregnancy is different. It will come don't worry! Enjoy the fact you are still free to bend over and tie your own shoes!
