have lupus and trying

I'm new to Glow so I don't even know most of the abbreviations ... but trying to get the hang of it . I just turned 36 yrs old and have sle lupus . Been trying to get pregnant since May with the OK from my doctors . No luck yet but I feel so anxious . I'm praying my lupus doesn't flare ( which it hasn't in a very long time ) and I get pregnant fast while I'm flare free . I found myself searching online for vitamins with fertile boost and even took some for awhile but stopped because I felt I was rushing it, everything happens on Gods time . So praying it's soon and all goes well. My period is due 7/20 and even feeling my cramps a little right now so feeling down . I know you can get little cramps while pregnant but this feels like period cramps ( lol hmmm like I really know the difference ) . I have a 12 yr old son , I Remember getting cramps with him but idk ..... praying :-)
