Health Anxiety Sufferers
Does anyone else have health anxiety? I'm so scared to just fall over and die, or be diagnosed with a life threatening illness. I have had anxiety for about 6 years, and I am now 7 months post partum and it's the worst it's ever been. Just looking to see if others are in the same boat? How do you beat this?!
