The guy I am pregnant. It is upset over child support and has threatened and said that he will call social services and tell them I locked my son in a dark closet and yelled at him... I believe he's saying it all through text to try to have proof but it's not true and I even mentioned it being a lie in our text message!! What can I do to keep him from making up these lies and putting me into so much stuff with law enforcement... I want to get a restraining order but then he can still make his false allegations and I'd STILL have to deal with social services..

I already have an 11 month old (who he's lying about) and I am 6 months pregnant by him..

Document everything you have and file the restraining order. Either way you are dealing with cps though. Most states are very pro family and so unless they can find some proof then you'll probably be ok. I would do the restraining order because it is documentation that shows he is not a great person. Also his lack of child support will speak against him as well.

Save all of the text conversations and if anything goes happen you will have proof that he is doing it just to screw with you. Also I would go to the cops with the texts now and say he is harassing you that way there is a chain of proof. That will also help you get your restraining order against him.

Save your texts and show them to law enforcement and get a restraining order now before you even have the baby because you obviously haven't locked your baby up since you're still pregnant.
