TTC AFTER MISCARRIAGE

Ok I doubt anyone pays my post any attention or even car but if there is a caring heart I'm a little worried but not worried because this is what I want. But I'm currently on Cycle Day 30 . I took a test yesterday and it was negative. I was suppose to start my period yesterday but nothing. My breast do hurt. One day they hurt to give someone a hug. My CM is still creamy and not dried as tho I'm about to begin. And also last year in Marchni experienced a miscarriage. The negative test through me for a loop, idk what to do ...
