Fertility treatment

I finished my first round of Clomid last week and as of today, I have 3 follicles growing (12mm, 12mm, 11mm). If I don't get a positive opk by Sunday, I'm getting a trigger shot and then having my first IUI the next day. Do multiple growing follicles indicate the chance for multiple babies? Anyone have success on Clomid with IUI the first cycle? Excited, nervous and trying not to get my hopes up
