Pregnancy after miscarriage??

Two weeks after my miscarriage I went to get an ultrasound to make sure there was nothing left in me, and my dr said that there was a cyst so she was sure I was ovulating and my beta leaves were back to normal, and it's been about a week since that appointment and I feel pregnant again I just have the exact symptoms and still haven't gotten my period, we are ttc again, but I'm just not sure since everything is off now, and I don't wanna take tests and get negatives! Advice please.
