Trying to stay positive

So last week I had my doctors appointment and they did a ultrasound and bllod work. With the ultrasound they couldnt see anything (but she did say she could see a opening in my uterus) and my hcg was 732 for that day. So today I was sleep and woke up with bad cramps so I went straight to the er the of course did a ultrasound and bloodwork and once again nothing could be seen but she did see a cyst on my left ovary where i was cramping. My hcg came back at only 964. I am trying not to think negative but its hard because I have a higher chance for ectopic because I had the tubal reversal. Sorry just needed to rant to try and take my mind off of it
