I woke today at exactly 5 weeks and had some light bleeding when I went to the toilet. This then continued throughout the day with some period like cramps, nothing severe enough to be in pain just uncomfortable. The bleeding wasn't enough to have to change a pad but still very worrying. I went the dr and being Friday they couldn't send me for any scans etc but she also advised me a scan probably wouldn't help as it may be too early to even see a heart beat so instead I had a blood test to check my hcg levels and have to return in a few days for a 2nd test to see if the levels are rising or not. Have any of you ladies been through something similar and what was the outcome? I seem to be reading so many different things about bleeding and how much is ok and not ok etc and it's so confusing 😭 I just want this little peanut to stick so bad and feel so helpless 😢
