Boy troubles!

I planned to do friends with benefits with this guy I've been talking to on Snapchat who I got in contact with from one of my best friends. He's sweet but I kinda just want an actual relationship. Thing is although he boards in my home town with his school, he actually lives in Egypt which is a problem. And I've not met him yet.

I went to a party and regardless, I got close with a guy and we made out. He was the best kiss I've ever had and he's everything I want in a guy. He messaged me on Snapchat saying "Do you want to meet somewhen or nah?" I of course said yes and he said same but we haven't planned when yet and he's talking to me less and less. I'm scared he's uninterested.

I'm 17, I want a boyfriend. And I'm not sure which is the best thing for my to do, I don't really want to play anyone but I want to have a safety net. Please help guys! Xxx
