Absolutely heartbroken
It took 5 months for us to get pregnant and today we went to hear the heartbeat and no heartbeat was found so they did an ultrasound and I learned I was actually pregnant with identical twins but they were both without a heartbeat. We are DEVESTATED! I haven't even miscarried. They told me I could miscarry at home or do a D&C; and idk what to do. Any advice?
