IUD Insertion
In a couple of weeks I am getting my arm implant removed (I've had it three years now) and getting an IUD inserted instead. I've never had one before, never even had a pap done before so I'm very nervous. Any tips on how to prepare before hand, anything I can do to make it less painful, or any stories to comfort me on the subject? Thank you!
