Eight days until AF but definitely a feeling cramping, nausea, and very tender breasts

So I've had abdominal cramping for three days now, tender breasts and very sore nipples for two days and now I'm feeling nauseous. I took a test and it was a BFN. I am only 5 DPO. Thoughts?
