Eight days until AF. Tender breasts, cramping and the new symptom of nausea

So I've had abdominal cramping for three days now, tender breasts and very sore nipples for two days and now I'm feeling nauseous. I took a test and it was a BFN. I am only 5 DPO. Thoughts?
