preterm labor

So I've been having contractions for about 3 weeks now, almost 4. 1/2 cm dilated last week. I had the Fetal Fibronectin test done and it said I could go into labor in 3 weeks. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I had a doctors appointment this last friday and doctor said he hopes the baby can wait 16 more days.. 4lb 4oz at 31 weeks. I now have weekly appointments for fluid check and non stress tests (whatever those are). With my chances of having my little man at 34 weeks really makes me nervous. My doctor doesn't seem too concerned about me having him then but that's still pretty early... Ugh, any advice to calm the nerves?
