I need help with an old piercing

I got my ears pierced 14 years ago as a kid. They're just the typical first piercings. I got them done with a gun which I know now is not good but I was 7 and didn't know. Well now I have the piercings still. I want them to close up. I feel like that's probably impossible lol. I'm in between wanting them to close or wanting to get my second holes pierced. The thing is, I don't wear earrings now. I have some bizarrely fat ear lobes so studs never work out for me and I don't like hoop earrings. Also, my ears are very sensitive to the studs but the cheap hoop earrings I have don't bother me at all. I'm at a loss for what to do. I hate the holes. I wish I could somehow put like skin spackle over them and start over. Any tips or advice or anything???
