Long but please need advice help 😭

I have mastitis again for the second time, I've finally got most of the lump that had been there for two weeks out by hand expression however I've noticed everytime I hand express some of the clogged ducts 10minutes later my fever returns and I'm SOOOOO SHIVERY COLD! 😭 I'm no longer breast feeding, my baby is bottle feeding now. I have been placing cabbage leaves on my boob (which I feel has helped clear some blockage) but now my entire breast is hot red and just in so much pain. I'm on a different antibiotic then the first time I got mastitis but I feel like it's not helping(it's only been 2 days ) however the first antibiotic was such quick relief. I just feel miserable!! Please help any advice or if this happened to you? How long did your mastitis go away? I now want to wait til the infection leaves to do anymore hand expressing.
