Pelvic pain suggestions?

I'm 32 weeks with a big baby (measuring almost 34 weeks). For the last month or so I've been having some pain in my pelvis. The last week and a half it's been so bad towards the end of the day that I can barely walk. My husband has to hold my hand and help me. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it common? And what could I do to help it? I've tried baths, heating pad, and Tylenol. 😭😫

I had this and it went away on its own. My midwife suggested wearing a support belt. Also when you sleep at night, make sure you're not putting all of your pressure on your hips. Sleep with plenty of support. Stretching gives temporary relief, which is good to do in the morning or before bed.

I've had this issue. It's the relaxin loosening your joints in preparation for labor. The only thing I found that helps is a hip stability girdle and a prenatal chiropractor. The girdle will put pressure on the joints, essentially tightening them so they don't get out of alignment, but the chiropractor helps with getting them back in line when they're out of sorts.
