Ive lost 4 pounds at only 10 weeks not intentionally of course all I do is eat so im sure my baby is getting the nutrients he/she needs

Depends on your bmi when you get pregnant. When I got pregnant, I was obese so I've been losing weight. I'm 20 weeks now and have lost a total of 10 lbs, but my baby is still getting the nutrients it needs. But NO, you should not be doing a weight loss diet or something while pregnant

I wouldn't recommend it.. If you've never worked out prior to being pregnant it's not good to start now.. You can walk though just no hard workouts.. What you can do is make healthy food choices and that may help bring your weight down.. Don't go on any diet or anything though your body needs all the nutrients it can get.. I use my fitness pal maybe join that and then find a calorie counter online and calculate how many calories you need for your body type and don't forget to find how many extra calories you need (example I originally need 1200 for my body height and type since I'm breast feeding I need at least 600 more I eat between 1800-2000 a day) I'm also losing weight in this process..

Some people lose weight while pregnant anyway.
There are safe pregnancy exercises you can do, google some.
DO NOT OVER DO IT.
too much exercise can cause u to lose the baby.

I think it depends. you shouldn't start working out and stuff if you weren't actively doing it before you got pregnant but if you're not eating healthy and you start eating healthy it's a possibility that some weight will just come off (a healthy amount)

It can happen but isn't recommended. My friend is a plus size pregnant mom she started her pregnancy at 325 and has lost 40 pounds just due to her diet changing. She's much more aware of what she eats now
