What did you do to lose weight after your baby was born?

I do the Whole30, eat paleo the rest of the time, and walk or run for at least 30 minutes every day. I did it through my entire pregnancy and I'm 15 pounds lighter than I was when I got pregnant. Exactly 3 months pp tomorrow.

Nooooothing. I lost all my baby weight a week after I delivered. 15lbs. And then 5lbs extra. It's probably the stress and lack of sleep 😴😓

I have no fucking idea how it happened, really. I did almost nothing. Well, I ate very light for 2 weeks because of the csection, I didn't want to have to push. I dropped like 30lbs in a month.
