37.6 weeks... been 5cm dilated for a week... 70%effaced... doc says he doesn't know how I haven't went into labor yet... I get what I think are Braxton hicks throughout the day... and tonight I had awful diarrhea for the first time in the whole pregnany
I keep feeling the urge to poop but nothing comes and my back is so crampy... could this be early labor?
