Medical Decisions

I am 16 and got a positive pregnancy test, and I am going for a blood test sometime this week. Do I need parental consent for the test? Do I need parental consent for appointments in the future? Do I need parental consent when I go for delivery? Can I sign my own medical papers?? So I'm practically asking if I need consent for anything medical if I am pregnant.

P.S. I am 16, Live in Pennsylvania, plan on moving out as well
