Hair in places they shouldn't be help!?

Haii girls I know this is weird but I can't really talk about this with my mom and I need some serious advice! So we all know once we grow we get hair in certain areas and well I have hair in my butt and i want to remove it. I know shaving it will itch, so I'm wondering should I wax? Do I have to wait till it's full grown to wax again? Does everyone have this or is it just me? I'm sorry I have so many questions and I'm just so lost 😭😂 oh I'm 17 btw
