Does it sound likely?

To start with I just really need some guidance I'm 16 and I'm not necessarily close to my mom or many women at all. I take birth control everyday and have been taking it since December 2016(never missed a pill and take it between 11-12 every night exactly). I've never thought of being pregnant at all it just ran through my mind as a possibility after looking back as the past week. I haven't really had much going on but this past Saturday i had a really really faint pinkish tint in cm and a slight tightening feeling in my stomach but not as bad as period cramps. Tonight I've noticed my nipples have changed color a little bit and they're kind of dry and swollen. I haven't used any different deodorants or anything to cause a reaction for it so I decided to turn here and just see what advice anyone could give me. I know it doesn't sound like much I just wanted to see if anyone thought there may be a possibility. Thoughts? Please no hate comments as this is a sincere question to more experienced women. It just ran across my mind if I could be pregnant when I was trying to go to sleep tonight.
