PELVIC ABDOMINAL SCAN. ADVISE PLEASE

Hi , I want some suggestions...

I wasn't sure if I was pregnant or not, I had pelvic pain but negative home pregnancy tests and got my period. My doctor said that since I got negative HPTS and period that I wouldn't be pregnant. Anyway 4 weeks after I had sex the doctor ordered at pelvic ultrasound to check for any problems that would cause pain. The scan was all clear. Then the doctor ordered another pelvic ultrasound at 6 1/2 weeks after I last had sex. Nothing was found on the scan either.

I didn't tell my ultrasound tech about possible pregnancy because the doctor said I wouldn't be.

HAD I BEEN PREGNANT WOULD IT HAVE SHOWED SOMETHING TO INDICATE pregnancy AT 6 WEEKS?? I know that 6 weeks is usually to early to see a baby on an ABDOMINAL SCAN.

Do you think the tech would have seen a sac or something different in my uterus that would indicate a pregnancy even if they didn't see a baby...

Also would think be put on the report that they seen a sac or something like that?

PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVISE!!!
