IUI success stories plz!

Hey guys- my hubby had testicular cancer in Nov. had one removed and now has 14m sperm count - BUT his shape and motility were great! We've been trying for 16 months. As of this cycle I started clomid and last Friday (Day 16- 1 day after Positive opk) we had IUI done. Apparently my husband gave a very good sample and it took quite a while for them to do the sperm washing. Since I started clomid I've been PSYCHO, nauseated, and tired! Dr said it was normal to have pregnancy like symptoms. So anyways- I'm in the two-week-wait and I'm just CERTAIN this will be successful! Has anyone had success from first time IUI with similar circumstances?! Looking for some hope and maybe fellow TTC-ers in the same boat?!
