Ovulation tests

Starting on saturday (cd 1) im going to start using opk's and bbt religiously, first time tracking this way. I was wondering the specifics. When time of day do i use opks.? Do i only log the absolute positive ones.? And bbt, what time is best.? Thank you for your input!
