This is sooooo normal. Some women are incredibly sick and can't keep anything down, and their babies are just fine. So is yours ;) The baby is getting what it needs from your body (so we're the ones that kinda pay for the bad eating habits not the babies). The first trimester is about surviving the nausea so eat whatever you can. My trick is, if any food item pops into my mind and it doesnt make me want to throw up, I eat it. Quickly. Good luck!
5 weeks and only eating junk food
I am currently 5 weeks and 4 days and healthy eating has gone out the window. I used to love eating salads and would eat spinach just about everyday now I can't stomach it. I brought lunch to work today but don't want to eat it, I actually just drank chocolate milk and some Doritos. Should I be worried the baby is not getting the proper nutrients from me? I don't want to do anything wrong
