This pregnancy is TOTALLY DIFFERENT than my first
Last time I felt totally fine, had some light spotting early on but other than that at this point I couldn't tell. This time I'm constantly dizzy and nauseous! I've had more spotting this time but not bad enough to merit a visit to the OB. Is or normal to be this dizzy?🤢🙃 I'm 7weeks
