Tearing

So I had an internal tear and im 2 months postpartum and i just recently looked and it looks like the opening to my vagina or whatever its called is all torn apart and not put together?? The color seems normal and I never had any bleeding but is it possible to have ripped again once it was already healed for it to look seperated like that? The best way i can think to describe it is like a four leaf clover where there's my skin then torn and then skin again and torn?
