I've been regular for years, on and off BC. Had AF on 3/28-4/1, then had surgery on 4/21. I missed 2 cycles and confirmed a BFN by HPT and blood test. AF showed up on 6/16-6/21.

According to my calendar I should be on CD2, but I've had no AF symptoms. I'm scared I'm going to miss again and stay irregular.

Ultrasound showed thin lining and blood work showed I wasn't ovulating. On CD5 of my next period I'm supposed to start Clomid.

Anyone else have issues after surgery?
