Pumping to induce labour

I'm currently 40+2 and trying everything to induce labour, long walks, regular sex, hot curry. I'm getting abit desperate I've got a sweep booked for tomorrow, not really wanting to have it done so I've researched and never tried anything to induce labour before 40 weeks, I've just tried pumping, 5 mins each side and got a big period like cramp that lasted a while. Just wanted to ask how long you spend pumping and how often you did it before labour if it actually worked :)
