Breastfeeding- get super tired during/after?!

Sometimes when I breastfeed I get extremely tiredddd does this ever happen to anybody else?! I feel like my baby is literally sucking all the energy out of me!!! 😂 seriously tho! It's so funny she will pass out on my boob and I'll struggle staying awake from time to time myself 💯

Yup. I usually nap with baby at least once a day... I've lost count how many times I've fallen asleep sitting on our nursing and hit my head on the wall lol

It's normal. Baby is pretty much sucking you dry. It will ease up as months go by. My son is four months and I still feel that way lol

Yep! I felt like it happened the most in the first few weeks... probably a combo of breastfeeding and being sleep deprived.

Ok good to know I'm not the only one! My daughter is a month old only so we'll see if time changes anything I suppose! Another quick question! If you're breastfeeding on demand every day just about every hour are you still supposed to pump? I feel like I don't have the time to w the way she's eating now I feel like idk if I'll have milk to feed her right after I pump considering like I said before she's eating hourly like clockwork!!! It's nuts!!! Suggestions?! Ps she won't take any formula bottle from me, she literally will push it away and give me that look like are u Effin crazy! She will drink formula bottles from daddy tho!
