Cramping 10 dpo??
Did anyone else have cramping around this time and end up with a BFP? Prior to having the nexplanon implant (and during) I only cramp the day I start bleeding. Usually as soon as I have some cramps there's blood waiting for me. But my periods not due for 5 days and I'm having cramps with no bleeding. Two cycles ago (first cycle off Nexplanon) I had cramping beforehand and it was a BFN though. :(
