Help!

Yesterday's test was negative. This morning at 1145am it was positive. Took them throughout the day until now at 11pm and it is still positive. We BD yesterday, today and will tomorrow. I just need some guidance. Been TTC for a year with pcos. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
