TTC for almost 2 years

Hey everyone, I'm 39 and have been TTC for almost 2 years. I'm feeling pretty hopeless at this stage but don't want to lose all faith. I've had all the tests done including HSG and the doctor says there's no reason I shouldn't be able to conceive. Any tips from older women trying to conceive and what experiences did you have? I'm now thinking of exploring ways to help the process along. Thanks for reading. Xx
