I personally am disgusted that women are still hired on based on beauty instead of brains and I am disgusted by those who used this emoji. She is beautiful in every way and a true professional who has earned her place has worked hard and done nothing it good and who all women should aspire to be. What do you ladies think about this? Why do women still get placed do to looks instead of brains in this profession or any profession for that matter? What do you think of this particular incident?
