what is this? should i be concerned?

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​does anybody else get these?? occasionally i get these round red lumps where my inner thighs meet my pubic mound, i can also feel the lump beneath the surface of my skin. it hurts sometimes but mostly just when i touch it. i get ingrown hairs and this is definitely NOT it. they always go away after like a week so i never give much thought to them. what could it be? does anybody else get these??
