Miscarriage Contractions/Cramps

How long did you have contractions and cramps with your miscarriage?

I was 8 weeks with my twins when I lost them and I started cramping on 7/17. I passed a lot of clots and tissue, including what I think was the gestational sac. I thought I was done because I didn't feel anything on 7/18 and only had brown spotting. Today 7/19 I woke up at 3 with the same contractions as 7/17 and passing more blood clots.

When will this be over? I just want to move on. It's not fair that I have to keep being reminded of this.
