Another month....

Another month of hard work and nothing happen. I was a day late and started having stomach pain and my period comes. I am so mad. I went to my gyn because I find out that I have a cyst in one of my ovaries and come to find out they say it's normal. Try talking to my gyn she said just keep trying or try going to a fertility doctor which my insurance doesn't cover. Don't know what to do. I am feel down right about now. And my stomach hurts when it's the time of the month. Anybody have any ideas what I should do next or if they is any vitamins I should take.
