Ovulation- did I miss my window??

So this is my first month temping and using OPKs. I'm a little confused. Yesterday morning and afternoon I tested and got high fertility with clear blue advanced and negative with the cheap target strips. Then this morning I checked my temp and it spiked and then I got a peak ovulation result with clear blue and positive with the target cheapies. We BD on 7/15, 7/16, 7/17 and today 7/19. I'm confused because I'm getting a peak result today and a temp rise. I did drink last night so I don't know if that could have anything to do with it? Am I on target or did I miss my window?
