I want you to know that your life is worth so much more than the negative things people say about you and the horrible and traumatizing experiences you have had to endure.

I was once you, and still fight so hard to not "go back there" again.

I know it hurts like a sonofabitch to be heartbroken, to feel so much pain that you are so certain that you must be dying because there is absolutely no way one human can feel this terrible and possibly survive. To feel so dragged through the dirt by your own mind you don't know how the hell you're going to pick the pieces up and carry on, it's always darkest before the dawn.

You, reading this, are worth so much more than the negative ball and chain you're dragging around and I want you to never feel as though you cannot ask for help. Keep searching and asking but never give up!
