hey ladies! so last year before I got pregnant I was doing the fitgirls meal plan and running. I wvwntuslly worked up to running 25 miles a week and got down to 165. it was awesome. however, I got pregnant just had our son 3 months ago and am back to running mostly 5ks 6 times a week. I am back down to 178 but I'm looking for something more. I'd like a program that would tone muscles but have no clue where to start. I don't want to stop running either. it's my quiet time to think about life lol
