Need To Vent 😞 Long Post

It's currently 5am here in Australia and my twin boys are crying their eyes out cause they are hungry, I can only do so much and my fiancé won't help. He plays Xbox as soon as he gets home from work and talks to his friends, I've never objected to this. I cook dinner every night and try to have it ready for him when he comes home. He hardly spends time with his boys, all I ask him to do is makes a bottle for them and change the occasional nappy. Early this morning, both boys were crying wanting to be fed, I asked him to help so that I could rest for a little bit, he does reluctantly and feeds one, but not the other, I ask if he could and he got angry. He said "what about me, I need sleep cause you can sleep through the day" I was pissed. I said to him that I don't get much sleep during the day cause I have babies to feed and change, a house to clean, laundry to do and two cats that like to get in the way. All he had to say was "I don't care". It's like he doesn't care about his sons 😭 I don't know what to do anymore,' any suggestions??
