Af? Cramping?

My AF is very regular... I'm confused about how cycle days work... I just know that it's always 19th-22nd that I start... This last week I've had cramping and back lower back dull pain which is weird because usually I get cramps the day I'm going to start I haven't been keeping track so I wont drive myself crazy (cuz I have) but now I'm thinking about it and this is going to be the longest week ever... I get hungry but I don't feel like eating at all and I can smell everything... My boobs have been sore off and on... My feet hurt everyday! Thy h
