Twins ?!

I just had a miscarriage in June at six weeks I started bleeding on the 11th and it ended on the 16th my hcg never got higher that 130 and i had it check on June 20th and it was 5.5 ...... needless to say I took a pregnancy test 3 days before my missed period which would of been Sunday and got a really strong positive I just thought maybe it was left over HCG but I called anyways and went and had blood work done yesterday my hcg was 10,231 at what I'm thinking would be 5 weeks and 2 days due to out last baby dance and I normally ovulate the 17th of each cycle ! I have a ultra sound Friday I'm so excited but nervous! I have seen were people have had high hcg and only one and also have read about it possibly being a molar pregnancy which really scares me even more since I just had a miscarriage...... what do you guys think? One baby? Two babies ? Molar ?
