Spotting help!!

Hey guys, I just came off the pill before my period last month to ttc starting this month I've been having all the symptoms such as tender breasts, nausea, fatigue, headaches, bloating, etc. but today was different. It's 4 days now until my expected period and I found out I'm sick with strep throat and asked the dr for a blood test and she said it's too early it would probably show negative anyway since the hpt's are right now. Long story short though today I started bleeding brown/pink blood very light not like any period I've ever had before.. it only covered half of one side of the tampon in the whole daypicture is attached I'm sorry if it's TMI. Could I still be pregnant?
