My back is KILLING me
I'm currently 16 weeks and my lower back is usually hurting throughout the day. More when I sit for a long time and then start moving around. Or when I lie down for a while, then get up. It feels like my bones are crumbling 😫 My bladder also gives me slight pangs of pain when it's full. I don't get that "full" feeling like I used to before pregnancy. And it takes some effort to pee, but no pain during the action.
I don't want to keep taking tylenol. I don't really know why everything hurts so much. It was neverrrrr like this before pregnancy.
As far as I know, my baby is doing just fine and is not being affected by this.
Are there things I should try before I tell my OB next appt?
