So it breaks my heart when I see young girls on here ask if they're fat
Makes me so sad that at like 12 and 13 years society is already sending the message that they aren't ok the way they are and they're fat when they're not. And even if you are skinny bigger and everywhere in between you're still beautiful and wonderful just the way you are.
I'm all for being healthy and active if you want but stop the diets and scales at such a young age. Just enjoy being a kid!! 😭😭💔💔💔
